拆卸

  1. 打开前备箱盖并用撑杆对其进行支撑。
  2. 松开将前备箱盖气压支撑杆固定到前备箱盖支座的夹子。
  3. 松开将前备箱盖气压支撑杆固定到前备箱盖铰链的夹子，然后从车上拆下前备箱盖气压支撑杆。
  4. 从前备箱盖 LH 气压支撑杆上拆下夹具 (x2)。

安装

  1. 使用卡环钳将新夹具 (x2) 安装到气压支撑杆上。

    注
    将夹具的末端与支撑杆上的凹槽对齐，然后将夹具推入支撑杆，直至夹具完全进入槽内。
    图 1. 图示为前备箱盖一侧的支撑杆，车身一侧与之类似。
  2. 使用干净的抹布清理前备箱盖基座和铰链 (x2) 上的球头销。
  3. 将 LH 前备箱盖气压支撑杆放置在前备箱铰链球头销上，然后安装将支撑杆固定到前备箱铰链的夹具。
  4. 将 LH 前备箱盖气压支撑杆放置在前备箱基座球头销上，然后安装将支撑杆固定到前备箱基座的夹具。
  5. 拆下前备箱盖支撑杆。
  6. 关闭并打开前备箱 3 次，以验证气压支撑杆已稳妥安装。
