Make sure 12V/LV power has been disconnected for at least 1 minute before disconnecting the electrical harness from Supplementary Restraint System (SRS) components, such as Restraint Control Module, sensors, airbags, etc. Disconnect the 12V/LV battery and the First Responder Loop. Failure to do so can result in unintended safety system behaviors. For more information on SRS precautions, see 气囊和辅助约束系统 (SRS) 预防措施.

更换

拆卸

  1. 打开 LH 前车门并降下 LH 前车窗。
  2. 将 LH 前座椅移至最靠前的位置，然后完全升起该座椅。
  3. 拆下第二排下部座垫。请参阅Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace)。
  4. 拆下前备箱后部挡板。请参阅Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)。
  5. 断开 12V 电源。请参阅12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
  6. 拆下驾驶位座椅外侧护板。请参阅Side Shield - Outboard - Driver Seat (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 松开连接器锁，然后断开预紧装置上的电气连接器。
  8. 拆下将预紧装置固定到座椅滑轨的螺栓。
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)

    注
    此螺栓用金属夹固定在预紧装置上。预紧装置和螺栓必须作为总成更换。
  9. 从座椅滑轨上拆下第一排外侧腰带预紧装置。

安装

  1. 将新的预紧装置和螺栓总成安装到座椅滑轨，然后拧紧将预紧装置固定到座椅滑轨的螺栓。
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)
