注

Only technicians who have been trained in High Voltage Awareness and have completed all required certification courses (if applicable) are permitted to perform this procedure. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and insulating HV gloves with a minimum rating of class 0 (1000V) must be worn at all times a high voltage cable, busbar, or fitting is handled. Refer to Tech Note TN-15-92-003, High Voltage Awareness Care Points for additional safety information.

拆卸

  1. 如果维修程序要求拆下高压电池探查导件，请转至第7步。否则，请执行下一步。
  2. 拆卸前备箱后部挡板。请参阅Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)。
  3. 断开 12V 电源。请参阅12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
  4. Perform Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure.
  5. 拆卸高压电池仓盖板。请参阅Cover - Ancillary Bay (Remove and Replace)。
  6. 拆卸烟火电池断接开关。请参阅Pyrotechnic Battery Disconnect (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 验证高压电池探针盖的设计是否较新。

  8. 如果高压电池探查导件的设计较旧，则针对较新设计进行改装，然后返回要求拆下探查导件的维修程序。请参阅Guide - Probing - HV Battery (Retrofit)。
  9. 将高压电池负极触点开关线束移到侧面，然后径直提起高压电池探查导件，将其从高压电池仓上拆下。
  10. 如果维修程序要求拆下高压电池探查导件，请返回该程序。

安装

  1. 将高压电池负极触点开关线束移到侧面，将高压电池探查导件放置在快充触点开关母排上方，然后将探查导件向下按压到母排上。
  2. 如果维修程序要求安装高压电池探查导件，请返回该程序。否则，请执行下一步。
  3. 测量烟火电池隔离开关安装点间的电压，然后安装烟火电池隔离开关。请参阅Pyrotechnic Battery Disconnect (Remove and Replace)。
  4. 安装高压电池仓盖板。请参阅Cover - Ancillary Bay (Remove and Replace)。
  5. 连接 12V 电源。请参阅12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
