Only technicians who have been trained in High Voltage Awareness and have completed all required certification courses (if applicable) are permitted to perform this procedure. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and insulating HV gloves with a minimum rating of class 0 (1000V) must be worn at all times a high voltage cable, busbar, or fitting is handled. Refer to Tech Note TN-15-92-003, High Voltage Awareness Care Points for additional safety information.

拆卸

  1. 打开左车门，降下所有车窗。
  2. 将左右锁片朝车辆左侧拨动，同时提起座垫前边缘，以部分松开座垫。
  3. 打开后备箱。
  4. 打开充电接口盖板。
  5. 拆下前备箱后部挡板。请参阅Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)。
  6. 断开 12V 电源。请参阅12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
  7. 执行充电接口电压检查程序。请参阅Charge Port Voltage Check。

  19. 将充电接口盖板总成拉向车辆后部。当车门传动装置到达围板后部时，向下拉动充电接口以免阻碍传动装置，然后将传动装置拉出并拉离车身，再从车上拆下。

安装

  1. 转动充电接口盖板总成并将其放置到车辆上，确保传动装置在围板下方无阻碍，然后向前（朝后车门）滑动充电接口盖板。

  2. 将充电接口盖板索环安装到车身上。
  3. 将低压电气连接器与充电接口电子控制单元 (ECU) 相连。
  4. 安装将充电接口盖板总成固定到车身的螺栓。
    9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)
  5. 紧固将线束固定到车身的夹子（2 个）。
  6. 安装左侧尾灯。请参阅Taillight - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 将后备箱左侧饰板移回原位，然后固定将饰板固定到车身的卡子。
  8. 连接后备箱左侧作业灯电气连接器。
  9. 安装后备箱门槛饰板。请参阅Trim - Sill - Trunk (Remove and Replace)。
  10. 安装后备箱底板饰板。请参阅Trim - Floor - Trunk (Remove and Replace)。
  11. 安装后备箱饰板。请参阅Garnish - Trunk (Remove and Replace)。
