拆卸

  1. Move the vehicle to a 2 post lift. See 举升车辆 - 双柱举升机.
  2. Remove the mid aero shield panel. See 面板 - 流线型护板 - 后部（拆卸和更换）.
  3. Position an oil drain collector under the rear drive unit oil pump.
  4. Pull the red tab, and then pull the red tab again to disconnect the rear subframe harness from the rear drive unit oil pump connector.
  5. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the rear drive unit oil pump to the rear drive unit.
  6. Use a plastic pry tool to separate the rear drive unit oil pump from the rear drive unit, remove the oil pump, and allow the fluid to drain.

安装

  1. Apply a light coat of KAF1 oil to the O-rings of the rear drive unit oil pump, and then wipe away any excess oil.
  2. Install the rear drive unit oil pump into the rear drive unit, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the oil pump to the drive unit.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft) +20 deg
  3. Drain the gearbox fluid from the rear drive unit. See 变速箱油 - 后驱动单元 (4DU)（排放和再充注）.
  4. Refill the rear drive unit with gearbox fluid. See 变速箱油 - 后驱动单元 (4DU)（排放和再充注）.
  5. Install the mid aero shield panel. See 面板 - 流线型护板 - 后部（拆卸和更换）.
  6. Enable Service Mode on the touchscreen. See 维护模式.
  7. Perform a software reinstall. See 软件重新安装 - 触摸屏.
  8. Disable Service Mode. See 维护模式.
  9. Remove the vehicle from the 2 post lift. See 举升车辆 - 双柱举升机.
