Only technicians who have been trained in High Voltage Awareness and have completed all required certification courses (if applicable) are permitted to perform this procedure. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and insulating HV gloves with a minimum rating of class 0 (1000V) must be worn at all times a high voltage cable, busbar, or fitting is handled. Refer to Tech Note TN-15-92-003, High Voltage Awareness Care Points for additional safety information.

拆卸

  1. 打开左侧车门，降下所有车窗。
  2. 拆下前备箱后部挡板。请参阅Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)。
  3. 松开第二排下部座垫右侧的锁片，以将座垫的右前边缘从车上松开，然后使用 12V 盖支撑下部座垫。
  4. 打开充电接口盖板。
  5. 断开 12V 电源。请参阅12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
  6. 戴上高压手套、皮质外手套和其他个人防护装备 (PPE)，在得到指示前请勿将其取下。

安装

  1. 将一个新的充电接口针脚屏蔽前端安装到屏蔽前端安装工具的针脚上（如图所示）。

    也可以使用以下工具：
    • 3 毫米六角套筒
    • 6 英寸加长件
  2. 使用无弹力锤将充电接口针脚屏蔽前端敲入充电接口针脚中，直至完全就位。
  3. 为其他新充电接口针脚屏蔽前端重复第1步和第2步。
  4. 脱下皮质外手套、高压手套和其他高压个人防护装备 (PPE)。
  5. 重新连接 12V 电源。请参阅12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)。
  6. 安装前备箱后部挡板。请参阅Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)。
  7. 安装第二排座椅下部座垫。请参阅Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace)。
  8. 验证车辆充电正常。
