2026-03-25: Released new procedure.

Procedure

Remove the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱储物单元（拆卸和更换）.
Remove the cowl screen panel. See 面板 - 前围篦板（拆卸和更换）.
Remove the RH lower A-pillar trim to release the seat harness. See 饰板 - A 柱 - 下 - LH（拆卸和更换）.
Move the RH front seat back.
Remove the RH front floor mat.
Remove the passenger footwell cover. See 罩 - 脚部空间 - 副驾位 (LHD)（拆卸和更换）.
Remove the RH center console side panel carpet.

Note
11x clips, 1x guide pin. Use a trim tool starting at the top edge to release the upper clips. Pull at the bottom to release the remaining clips.
Fold the RH front cabin carpet rearwards.
Remove the LH and RH front wheels. See 轮毂总成（拆卸和安装）.
Release the RH front wheel arch liner from the vehicle and set it aside.

Note
8x clips, 3x tabs, 1x bolt, 10 mm.
Disconnect the RH side repeater and camera connectors.
Release the LH front wheel liner from the vehicle and set it aside.

Disconnect the LH side repeater and camera connectors
Remove the fresh air intake duct. See 槽 - 新鲜空气进气（拆卸和更换）.
Release the windshield heater connecter.
Release the RH grommet from the body.
Remove the electrical tape that attaches the harness bundle to the rubber dust boot.

Note
Use a razor blaze, carefully cut electrical tape away to expose the rubber dust boot.
Remove the locking pin from the connector.

Note
Carefully pry the pin out of the connector and fully remove the locking pin.
Remove the coax cable needed for the side repeater overlay MY terminal 1 (LHS).
Remove coax cable needed for the side repeater overlay MY terminal 2 (RHS).
Apply harness tape onto the LH and RH coax overlay cables before installation.

Note
Use anti-abrasion tape and wrap the entire length of the coax cables to protect the cables from damage when they are installed.
Position the MY LH coax overlay cable into place. Put it through the LH wheel liner.

Note
Pull till you have roughly 30 cm (12") of cable towards the interior of the vehicle.
Pull the LH coax overlay cable through the frunk harness.

Note
Pull harness towards car computer and grommet. Route under the steering column.
Tape the coax overlay cable onto a cable puller.
Push LH coax overlay cable through the bulkhead and into the interior cabin.
Remove the coax cable from the cable puller.
Repeat steps #GUID-EDA85235-CAA2-42B0-99E8-51216D5DE34D__GUID-12B8A2CE-7D2A-4BCF-AB1D-0C04D20B61AA to #GUID-EDA85235-CAA2-42B0-99E8-51216D5DE34D__GUID-8454D8CC-517B-4215-BC0A-51D7A8F4C181 to install the RH coax cable.
Release the side repeater cameras connector X870 from the car computer.
Remove the locking pin from the side repeater cameras connector.
Remove the MY coax terminal 1 (LHS) cable from the connector.
Insert the new side repeater coax terminal 1 (LHS) cable onto the side repeater cameras connector.

Note
Ensure both coax cables are fully seated into connector. Confirm audible locking and flush mounting.
Remove the MY coax terminal 2 (RHS) cable from the connector.
Insert new side repeater coax terminal 2 (RHS) cable onto the side repeater cameras connector.

Note
Ensure both coax cables are fully seated into connector. Confirm audible locking and flush mounting.
Install the locking pin into the connector.
Install the side repeater cameras connector X870 onto the car computer.
Position the MY LH coax overlay cable onto the frunk main harness. Attach the cable onto the harness using zip ties.

Note
11x zip-ties. Trim off excess material after harness has been attached.
Cut off the vehicle side repeater coax terminal and tape it to the vehicle harness.

Note
Cut the coax connector only.
Connect the connectors to the LH side repeater and camera.
Position the MY RH coax overlay cable onto the frunk main harness. Attach the cable onto the harness using zip ties.

Note
5x zip-ties. Trim off excess material after the harness has been attached.
Cut off the vehicle side repeater coax terminal and tape it to the vehicle harness.

Note
Cut the coax connector only.
Connect the front harness connectors to the RH side repeater and camera.
Install the RH grommet to the body.

Note
Use electrical tape to wrap the end of the dust boot
Install the LH and RH front wheel arch liners. See 轮拱内衬 - 前 - LH（非结构化电池组）（拆卸和更换）.
Install the LH and RH front wheels. See 轮毂总成（拆卸和安装）.
Install the cowl screen panel and all parts that were removed for removal of the the cowl screen panel. See 面板 - 前围篦板（拆卸和更换）.
Install the fresh air intake duct. See 槽 - 新鲜空气进气（拆卸和更换）.
Install the underhood storage unit. See 前备箱储物单元（拆卸和更换）.
Install the HEPA filter assembly.

Note
2x bolts, 10 mm, 5 Nm. Pivot forward edge down past the underhood storage unit, then carefully move the rear edge past the brake reservoir. Gently press on RH side of filter to seat the seal onto the duct.

Note
Not all Model Y vehicles are equipped with a HEPA filter.
Fold the RH main carpet back in place.
Install the push clip that attaches the RH front cabin carpet to the body.
Install the RH center console side panel carpet.

Note
11x clips, 1x guide pin. Position the side panel and align the locator. Push side panel towards console to install.
Install the RH footwell cover. See 罩 - 脚部空间 - 副驾位 (LHD)（拆卸和更换）.
Install the RH lower A pillar trim. See 饰板 - A 柱 - 下 - LH（拆卸和更换）.
Install the RH middle A pillar trim. See 饰板 - A 柱 - 中部 - LH（拆卸和更换）.
Install RH front floor mat.
Use the touchscreen to clear the DAS calibration: touch Controls > Service > Camera Calibration > Clear Calibration .

Note
Verify calibration was cleared successfully. Wait for the prompt to disappear automatically before continuing. "Calibration in Progress" message and progress icon will appear during the next drive cycle.
Confirm proper operation of windshield wipers and washers.
