1. Open all four doors
2. Lower all four windows
3. Move LH front seat forward
4. Move RH front seat forward
5. Partially remove LH rear door seal

   

6. Remove LH 7s Lower C-Pillar Trim
   注

   8x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Release clips at the front of LH rear sill trim working your way back towards rear of sill trim

   

   

7. Fold 60 seat into down position

   

   

8. Disconnect logic connector at LH seat frame
   注

   1x connector

   

9. Move 60 seat forward using towel bar
   注

   With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

   

   

10. Remove 60 seat rear outboard track fastener
    注

    1x patch bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

11. Remove 60 seat rear inboard track fasteners
    注

    2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

12. Move 60 seat fully rearward using towel bar
    注

    With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

    

13. Remove 60 seat outboard track cover
    注

    1x clip, Slide covers forward to release from 60 seat tracks

    

    

    

14. Remove center track cover from 2nd row seats
    注

    2x clips, Slide covers forward to release from 2nd row seat tracks

    

    

    

15. Release cabin carpet from 60 seat
    注

    Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

    

    

16. Remove 60 seat front inboard track fasteners
    注

    1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

17. Remove 60 seat front outboard track fasteners
    注

    1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

    

18. Remove 2nd row 60 seat assembly from vehicle

19. Remove front push clip from 60 outer sideshield assembly
    注

    1x clip, Use pick to remove the push clip from the bottom side of the outboard cover

    

    

20. Remove 60 outer sideshield assembly
    注

    1x clip 1x connector, Remove outer sideshield assembly by pulling outwards and up at the front portion of the trim, Unclip remaining clip and unplug the connection

    

    

21. Release clips and remove inboard outer trim from 60 seat
    注

    3x clips, Use trim tool to unclip 3x clips and remove inboard outer trim towards rear of the vehicle

    

    

22. Remove 60 seat toe kick cover
    注

    7x clips, Pry up on LH side of 60 toe kick cover to release clips, Repeat on RH side to fully remove

    

    

23. Remove 60 seatback panel
    注

    9x clips, 2x hooks, Release clips starting at the top of backpanel working your way down the lower backpanel, pull 60 backpanel towards front of vehicle to remove

    

    

24. Remove 2nd row center seat switch
    注

    1x connector, 2x clips, Using plastic trim tool pry the top of the switch away from 20 backpanel to ease removal

    

    

    

25. Remove center backpanel from center seatback
    注

    5x clips, 2 hooks, Lift up at the lower 20 backpanel and then slide forward to release

    

    

    

26. Release 60 seat harness connectors and clip from seat from seat frame
    注

    1x clip, 7x connectors

    

    

27. Release 60 seat harness connectors and clip from seat from seat frame
    注

    1x clip, 7x connectors

    

    

28. Disconnect seat cables from easy entry actuators on 60 seat
    注

    4x clips

    

29. Remove push clips for 60 bottom seat pan
    注

    2x clips, Remove push clips from front of seat pan

    

30. Remove center seatback lumbar bun fastener
    注

    1x screw, T20, 1.5 Nm

    

    

31. Remove center seatback lumbar bun
    注

    2x clips, Pull bolster outwards to release

    

32. Remove center seatback pivot clamps
    注

    2x bolts, T40, 22 Nm, Once fasteners are removed slide pivot clamp towards the center of center seatback and pull each outwards to remove

    

    

    

    

33. Remove center seatback from 60 seat frame
    注

    Remove center seatback by lifting upwards

    

34. Manually release the center seatback latch
    注

    Use small screwdriver to manipulate the center seatback latch to release

    

    

35. Remove fasteners securing 60 seat pan to seat frame
    注

    4x fastener, 3x 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x T25, 1.5 Nm, 1x clip, Remove remaining bolts attaching seat pan to seat frame

    

    

    

36. Remove headrest from 60 seat assembly
    注

    Simultaneously depress the guide button and insert a 90 degree pick into the guide opening, Lift up while engaged

    

    

37. Remove headrest guides from 60 seat
    注

    Pull back on lower portion of the headrest guide to release tab while also applying upward force to remove headrest guides

    

    

38. Remove 60 seatback
    注

    4x clips, Release clips securing 60 seatback and lift upwards

    

39. Remove 60 seat bottom
    注

    Remove seat bottom by lifting the rear first and removing it towards front of the seat

    

40. Remove remaining connections from 60 seat pan
    注

    4x connections, Remove remaining connections to 60 seat cushion

    

41. Remove seat cover from 60 seat pan
    注

    Remove 60 seat cover from perimeter of seat pan by releasing J-hooks around the perimeter of the seat

    

42. Remove 60 seat cushion from seat cover
    注

    6x hog ring, Cut the hog rings holding the seat cover to seat cushion and remove seat cover

    

    

    

43. Install seat cover on cushion
    注

    6x hog ring, Place seat cover on new cushion and attach with 6x hog rings, ensure the hog rings go through the seat in the intended areas

    

    

    

    

44. Install 60 seat pan onto seat cushion
    注

    Place seat pan onto seat cushion and cover, Secure seat cover to pan by hooking the J-hooks around the perimeter of the seat

    

45. Install 60 under-seat harness
    注

    4x clips

    

46. Place 60 seat pan onto seat frame
    注

    Reinstall seat bottom onto seat frame by starting at the rear of the seat

    

47. Secure 60 seat bottom to seat frame
    注

    4x fasteners, 3x 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x T25, 1.5 Nm, 1x clip, Install remaining bolts attaching seat pan to seat frame

    

    

    

48. Install 60 seat back into place
    注

    4x clips, Slide seat back into place making sure the bottom retainers slide into place, Reinstall push clips to secure seat back

    

49. Install headrest guides into 60 seat assembly
    注

    Install headrest guides by pressing downwards until lower tab is seated

    

50. Install headrest onto 60 seat assembly
    注

    Push down to secure

    

51. Install center seatback pivot clamps
    注

    2x bolts, T40, 22 Nm, Insert pivot clamp at center of center frame and slide outwards to install fasteners, When replacing pivot clamps they must be replaced in pairs

    

    

    

52. Install center seatback lumbar bun
    注

    2x clips, Press seatback lumbar bun into center frame

    

53. Install center seatback lumbar bun fastener
    注

    1x screw, T20, 1.5 Nm

    

    

54. Plug in connector and install trim to 60 seat
    注

    1x connector, 1x clip, Plug in connector and install trim by hooking the front into place and seat clip at rear of trim.

    

    

55. Install push clip at front of outer 60 sideshield assembly
    注

    1x clip, Install push clip at front bottom side of the trim

    

    

56. Install inboard outer trim to 60 seat
    注

    Clips 3x, Install inboard outer trim and reseat 3x clips

    

57. Insert backpanel hooks into center seat back assembly
    注

    2x hooks, Engage hooks and slide rearward into position, Early production have 4x hooks

    

    

58. Install center backpanel onto seat back
    注

    5x clips

    

59. Install 2nd row center seat switch
    注

    1x connector, 2x clips

    

    

    

60. Install 60 toe kick cover
    注

    7x clips

    

    

61. Install LH seatback onto 60 seat assembly
    注

    9x clips, 4 hooks, Attach hooks onto frame rail, Work upwards and fasten all the clips

    

    

    

62. Install 2nd row 60 seat assembly
    注

64. Install fasteners securing 60 seat frame to body

    5x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new patch bolts, Bottom seat bolts located behind main carpet, Torque in sequence; Outboard front -> Both inboard rear -> Outboard rear -> Inboard front

    

    

    

    

65. Secure cabin carpet to 60 seat
    注

    Strap velcro on

    

    

66. Fold the 60 seat into vertical position
    注

    Remove seat back protection if necessary

    

67. Install 60 seat outboard track cover
    注

    1x clip

    

    

    

68. Install LH 7s Lower C-Pillar Trim
    注

    8x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Release clips at the front of LH rear sill trim working your way back towards rear of sill trim

    

    

69. Reseat LH rear door seal
    注

    Seat pillar and sill trim tabs underneath seal

    

70. Move RH front seat to original position
71. Move LH front seat to original position
72. Raise all four windows
73. Close all four doors

    If 12V is powered up, Unlatch rear doors before closing
