拆卸

  1. Disconnect 12V power. See 12V/低压电源（断开和连接）.
  2. Remove the front fascia. See 饰板 - 前（拆卸和安装）.
  3. Remove the LH front ride height sensor harness from the FEM bracket assembly.

    2x clips
  4. Disconnect the LH front ride height sensor connector.
    注
    1x connector
  5. Disconnect the LH front wheel speed sensor connector.
    注
    1x clip, 1x connector, Release locking tab
  6. Disconnect the LH FEM harness connector.
    注
    1x connector, Disengage locking tab
  7. Disconnect the cooling fan module connector.
    注
    1x connector, Disconnect this after coolant hose is capped to avoid coolant damaging connector
  8. Release the cooling fan module harness from the FEM bracket assembly.

  9. Disconnect the connectors from horn assembly.
    注
    2x connectors
  10. Disconnect the LH headlamp connector.
    注
    1x connector, Pull tab to disengage lock mechanism, Pull again to release connector, Do not press down on tab
  11. Remove the LH impact accelerometer. See 传感器 - 碰撞加速度计 - 前保险杠 - 左侧（拆卸和更换）
  12. Release the clips that attach the FEM electrical harness to the front end carrier, and then remove the harness from the front end carrier.

  13. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the front end module bracket assembly to the vehicle.

  1. Install the bolt that attach the front end module bracket to the front end carrier.

  2. Install the bolt that attach the front end module bracket to the front fender assembly.
    9.8 Nm (7.2 lbs-ft)

  3. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the front end module bracket assembly to the vehicle.
    35 Nm (25.8 lbs-ft)

  4. Route the front harness through the LH FEM bracket assembly, and secure the front harness to the bracket.

  5. Install the LH impact accelerometer. See 传感器 - 碰撞加速度计 - 前保险杠 - 左侧（拆卸和更换）
  6. Connect the LH headlamp connector.

    1x connector, 1x locking tab
  7. Connect the horn assembly connectors.

    2x connectors
  8. Connect the cooling fan module connectors and then install the clip.

  9. Connect the LH FEM harness connector.

  10. Connect the LH front ride height sensor connector and then install the clips.

  11. Connect the LF wheel speed sensor connector.

  12. Install the front fascia. See 饰板 - 前（拆卸和安装）.
