1. Open both front doors.
2. Lower both front windows.
3. Move both front seats backward.
4. Open the glove box.
5. Chock LH rear wheel

   

6. Place vehicle into tow mode
   注

   Via Controls > Service > ''Towing''
7. Remove the 12 V battery from the vehicle. See 12V/低压电池（拆卸和更换）.
8. Release washer hose from washer tank neck
   注

   5x anchors

   

   

9. Remove washer tank neck from washer tank
   注

   1x O-ring, Pull straight out

   

10. Remove RH wiper arm nut cover
    注

    1x cover

    

11. Remove the nut securing the RH wiper arm to wiper module
    注

    1x nut, 15mm, 25 Nm

    

12. Disconnect washer hose from RH wiper arm to Y-tube fitting and release washer hose clip
    注

    1x clip, 1x hose

    

13. Remove the RH wiper arm and hose assembly from vehicle

    

    

14. Remove LH wiper arm nut cover
    注

    1x cover

    

15. Remove the nut securing the LH wiper arm to wiper module
    注

    1x nut, 15mm, 25 Nm

    

16. Disconnect washer hose from LH wiper arm to Y-tube fitting and release washer hose clip
    注

    1x clip, 1x hose

    

17. Remove the LH wiper arm and hose assembly from vehicle

    

    

18. Disconnect washer hose from washer pump to Y-tube fitting and release washer hose clip
    注

    2x clip, 1x hose

    

    

    

19. Remove cowl screen retaining clips
    注

    2x push clips

    

    

20. Release the cowl clips at the center bracket
    注

    2x retaining clips

    

21. Remove cowl screen from vehicle
    注

    2x clips, Release the corners of the cowl by pulling away from the body then lift the cowl off of the windshield

    

    

22. Remove fresh air intake duct
    注

    1x bolt, 10mm, 4 Nm, 2x clips, 1x pin, Remove bolt, Gently pry pin out from thermal beam, then remove from bulkhead studs

    

    

    

    

    

23. Remove the bolts securing wiper module
    注

    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

24. Remove wiper module from anchor bracket
    注

    1x rubber anchor, Carefully pull wiper assembly forward to disengage rubber anchor from under windshield bracket

    

    

25. Disconnect wiper module harness
    注

    1x connector, Rotate wiper assembly to expose under side

    

26. Remove wiper module from vehicle

    

27. Disconnect harness connector for windshield heater and release clip
    注

    1x connector, 1x clip,Release locking tab

    

    

28. Secure the windshield harness out of the way to avoid damage
    注

    Secure using tape

    

29. Disconnect washer pump harness clip
    注

    1x fir clip

    

30. Remove bolts securing washer tank
    注

    1x bolt, 10mm, 3 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 3 Nm

    

31. Unplug washer tank level sensor
    注

    1x connector

    

32. Disconnect washer tank pump connector
    注

    1x connector

    

33. Remove washer assembly
    注

    Drain washer fluid once removed

    

34. Release 12V positive cable clip from front controller
    注

    1x clip

    

    

35. Disconnect the supermanifold harness from the front LV controller
    注

    1x connector, 1x clip

    

    

36. Remove bolts securing front LV controller shield assembly and remove from vehicle
    注

    2x bolts, 10mm, 8.5 Nm

    

    

37. Disconnect remaining connectors on front LV controller
    注

    5x connectors, Release locking tabs first if equipped

    

    

    

    

    

38. Release harness guide from front LV controller
    注

    2x patch bolts, 8mm, 6 Nm, 1x temp set clip, Discard bolts after removal, Remove bolts first, then pivot harness guide slightly forward and up to remove temp set clip from front harness

    

    

    

    

39. Remove bolts securing front LV controller
    注

    3x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

40. Remove front controller upper ground strap from body
    注

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

41. Remove the front LV controller from vehicle
    注

    Push harness connectors down to provide space, Gently pry bottom of controller out of BIW temp set holes, Then swing controller forward and up to release from top temp set

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

42. Place absorbent material below car computer coolant hose connection points to collect any spilled coolant

    

43. Release coolant hoses from car computer
    注

    2x spring clips

    

44. Install plugs to car computer coolant hoses
    注

    2x plugs, Do not need to engage spring clips

    

45. Install coolant plugs into coolant outlets of car computer that is being removed from vehicle

    

46. Remove nuts securing car computer to bulkhead
    注

    6x nyloc nuts, 7.1 Nm, Discard nuts after removal

    

    

47. Remove RH IP end cap
    注

    3x clips

    

48. Remove RH mid A-pillar assembly
    注

    1x clip, 1x tab, Release the upper clip then pull mid A-pillar upward to remove

    

49. Remove RH air wave bezel cap from main decor assembly
    注

    2x clips

    

50. Remove clip securing RH lower A-pillar trim
    注

    1x push clip

    

51. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    注

    6x clips, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release trim panel

    

52. Remove RH front floormat
53. Remove RH console side panel carpet
    注

    12x clips, 2x locating pins, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, Pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, if panel is peeled off it could be damaged

    

    

54. Release RH footwell cover
    注

    1x push clip, 1x screw, T20, 2.5 Nm

    

    

    

55. Remove connectors from RH footwell cover and remove from vehicle
    注

    1x Ethernet connector, 1x puddle light connector

    

56. Remove clip securing RH front cabin carpet to body
    注

    1x clip

    

57. Fold RH front cabin carpet rearward
    注

    Newer Vins may be equipped with additional foam installed below carpet

    

    

    

58. Disconnect J6 frunk connector
    注

    1x connector

    

59. Disconnect J1 power connector
    注

    1x connector, Release lock then remove

    

60. Release black connector from right body controller and disconnect
    注

    1x connector, 1x clip

    

    

61. Disconnect 12V connector from vehicle
    注

    1x connector, Slide red locking tab up to unlock

    

62. Release DCDC cable from RH controller
    注

    1x clip

    

63. Push the RH side of the front harness through the bulkhead
    注

    Ensure that the RH harness is drawn without resistance

    

    

64. Remove LH IP end cap
    注

    3x clips

    

65. Remove LH mid A-pillar assembly
    注

    1x clip, 1x tab, Release the upper clip then pull mid A-pillar upward to remove

    

66. Remove LH air wave bezel cap from main decor assembly
    注

    2x clips

    

67. Remove main decor assembly
    注

    8x clips, 6x magic tapes, Replace securing clips as needed

    

    

68. Remove clip securing LH lower A-pillar trim
    注

    1x push clip

    

69. Remove LH lower A-pillar trim
    注

    1x clip, 2 guide tabs, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet

    

70. Remove LH front floormat
71. Remove clips securing LH footwell assembly

    3x push clips

    

72. Disconnect LH footwell assembly connectors and remove from vehicle
    注

    2x connectors

    

73. Remove fasteners securing passenger knee air bag to vehicle
    注

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 1x push clip, 4x patch bolts, E10, 8 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal, Support the knee air bag while lowering, The connector / harness length is very short

    

    

    

74. Remove passenger knee air bag
    注

    1x connector, Release locking tab, Then release squib from air bag, Support air bag while disconnecting, Connector release may vary

    

    

    

75. Remove screws securing glove box assembly to IP carrier
    注

    6x screws, T20, 2.3 Nm

    

    

    

76. Disconnect glove box assembly connectors
    注

    3x connectors

    

77. Disconnect glove box USB cable from car computer
    注

    1x connector, Depress latch on top of USB cable to release internal latches, then release from car computer. Connector count may vary depending from config

    

78. Remove the glove box from IP carrier
    注

    3x clips

    

79. Remove the passenger footwell air duct
    注

    1x push clip

    

80. Remove the RH IP air wave duct
    注

    2x push clips

    

81. Remove LH console side panel carpet
    注

    11x clips, 2x guide pins, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, then pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, if panel is peeled off it could be damaged

    

    

82. Remove clip securing LH front cabin carpet to body
    注

    1x clip

    

83. Fold RH front cabin carpet rearward
    注

    Newer Vins may be equipped with additional foam installed below carpet

    

    

    

84. Remove car computer shroud
    注

    4x clips, Car computer does not need to be fully removed for access, removal of mounting nuts allows sufficient movement

    

    

85. Release harness clips from top of car computer
    注

    2x clips, Car computer partially removed for better visual

    

86. Disconnect the LH front repeater camera harness connector from car computer
    注

    1x connector, Release locking tab

    

87. Disconnect the RH front harness connectors from car computer
    注

    4x connectors

    

    

88. Disconnect front harness white connector X909 from LH body harness and separate from left body controller
    注

    1x connector, 1x clip

    

    

89. Release harness from LH controller
    注

    1x clip

    

90. Disconnect J1 power connector
    注

    1x connector, Release lock then remove

    

91. Disconnect J6 frunk connector
    注

    1x connector

    

92. Push the LH side of the front harness through the bulkhead
    注

    Ensure that the LH harness is drawn without resistance

    

    

93. Remove wheel chocks and push vehicle onto lift
    注

    Recommend assistance, Note this vehicle can only be safely pushed for a very short distance and at very slow speed, Replace wheel chocks once vehicle in correct position
94. Raise and support the vehicle.
95. Remove the LH front wheel cap.
96. Remove RH front wheel cap
    注

    1x cap, Use both hands to gently pull the wheel cap to release the clips, Wheels may be equipped with center caps
97. Loosen the lug nuts (x5) on the LH front wheel.
98. Loosen RH front wheel
    注

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
99. Partially raise the vehicle, and then lower the lift onto the locks.
100. Remove the LH front wheel.
101. Remove RH front wheel
     注

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
102. Fully raise the vehicle, and then lower the lift onto the locks.
103. Remove the outer fasteners from the front aero shield.

     

104. Remove the remaining nuts (x2), and then remove the front aero shield from the vehicle.

     

105. Release LH front wheel liner from HV battery
     注

     1x clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm

     

106. Release RH front wheel liner from HV battery
     注

     1x clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm

     

107. Lower vehicle to comfortable working level
     注

     Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height
108. Remove LH front fender garnish
     注

     11x clips,1x push clip, 3x tabs, Release from center of garnish and work your way outward towards both ends, Be cautious not to bend front tabs going into front fascia

     

     

     

     

109. Remove clips securing LH front wheel liner to vehicle
     注

     14x clips

     

110. Remove LH front wheel liner from vehicle

     

111. Disconnect the front harness connectors for the LH side repeater and camera
     注

     2x connectors

     

112. Remove the front harness clip for the LH side repeater and camera harness
     注

     1x clip

     

113. Disconnect LH front ride height sensor connector
     注

     1x connector

     

114. Remove the front harness for the LH front ride height sensor harness
     注

     2x clips

     

115. Disconnect LH Front wheel speed sensor connector
     注

     1x clip, 1x connector, Release locking tab

     

116. Disconnect LH FEM harness connector
     注

     1x connector, Disengage locking tab

     

117. Disconnect connector to cooling fan module
     注

     1x connector,

     

118. Disconnect connectors from horn assembly
     注

     2x connectors, Take note of original routing

     

119. Remove the front harness for the cooling fan module harness
     注

     1x clip

     

120. Disconnect LH headlamp connector
     注

     1x connector, Pull tab to disengage lock mechanism, Pull again to release connector, Do not press down on tab

     

121. Disconnect the HVIL connector
     注

     1x locking connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull tab again to release connector

     

122. Locate and disconnect the LH front shotgun crash accelerometer
     注

     1x connector, Release locking tab and pull tab outward to release connector

     

     

     

     

     

123. Remove the front harness ground terminals at LH front shock tower
     注

     2x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm,Inspect bolts: if they are self tapping tri-lobular bolts (1128269-00-A) then discard, If they are normal bolts (1447438-00-A) they can be reused

     

     

124. Remove the ground bolt from the 12V negative harness
     注

     1x bolt,10mm, 10 Nm

     

125. Disconnect HCU connector
     注

     1x connector, Release red locking tab, Press black release tab and rotate lever upward to remove

     

     

126. Release connection for the front subframe harness
     注

     1x locking connector, Release red locking tab, Disengage connection and release

     

     

127. Remove the LH harness bracket from vehicle
     注

     2x tabs

     

     

128. Remove AC compressor ground strap
     注

     1x bolt, 10mm, 7 Nm, Fastener may vary depending on production

     

129. Disconnect the steering gear assembly connectors
     注

     2x connectors, Two stage connectors, Slide red locking tab to unlock, then depress the connector release to disconnect

     

130. Disconnect logic connectors from steering gear assembly
     注

     2x locking connectors, Do not push down on Red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

     

131. Release front harness clip on RH side of front subframe
     注

     1x clip

     

132. Disconnect brake fluid level sensor
     注

     1x connector, Slide locking tab away from connector to fully release

     

133. Disconnect iBooster assembly harness from brake booster assembly
     注

     2x connectors, Slide locking tab away from connector to fully release

     

134. Release clips securing front harness to LH side of body
     注

     9x clips

     

     

135. Remove RH front fender garnish
     注

     11x clips,1x push clip, 3x tabs, Release from center of garnish and work your way outward towards both ends, Be cautious not to bend front tabs going into front fascia

     

     

     

     

136. Remove clips securing RH front wheel liner to vehicle
     注

     14x clips

     

137. Remove RH front wheel liner from vehicle

     

138. Release connection for the front fascia
     注

     1x locking connector, Release red locking tab and disengage connector

     

     

139. Release harness clip and connector to pedestrian warning speaker
     注

     1x locking connector, 1x clip, Pull tab to disengage lock, Pull again release from connector, Speaker is located behind RH wheel liner

     

140. Disconnect RH FEM harness connector
     注

     1x connector, Disengage locking tab

     

141. Disconnect the RH front wheel speed sensor connector
     注

     1x connector, Release locking tab

     

142. Remove the front harness clip for the RH front wheel speed sensor harness
     注

     2x clips

     

143. Disconnect the front harness connectors for the RH side repeater and camera
     注

     2x connectors

     

144. Remove the front harness clip for the RH side repeater and camera harness
     注

     1x clip

     

145. Disconnect RH headlamp connector
     注

     1x connector, Do not push down on Red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

     

146. Locate and disconnect the RH front shotgun crash accelerometer
     注

     1x connector, Do not push down on Red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

     

147. Remove the front harness ground terminals at RH front shock tower
     注

     4x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, Inspect bolts: if they are self tapping tri-lobular bolts (1128269-00-A) then discard, If they are normal bolts (1447438-00-A) they can be reused

     

     

148. Remove clips securing RH side of front end harness
     注

     8x clips

     

     

149. Remove the front harness from vehicle
