Remove
- Remove the wiper module. See Wiper Module - LHD (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH pedestrian protection actuator. See Actuator - Pedestrian Protection - Active Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).

Remove the bolts (x2) that
attach the LH launcher bracket to the body.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Remove the LH launcher
bracket from the vehicle.
Install

Align the guide tabs (x2)
and position the LH launcher bracket to the body.

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH launcher bracket to the
body.9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
