Instrument Panel - Air Wave Duct - RH (Remove and Install)

Remove

  1. Remove the passenger footwell duct. See Footwell Duct - Passenger (Remove and Replace).
    Note
    During removal, certain steps require extra care. See the animation(s) for detailed guidance.
  2. Disconnect the RH instrument panel air wave duct thermistor connector.
  3. Remove the clips (x2) that attach the RH air wave duct to the instrument panel carrier.
  4. Remove the RH air wave duct from the HVAC module.

Install

  1. Install the RH air wave duct to the HVAC module.
  2. Install the clips (x2) that attach the RH air wave duct to the instrument panel carrier.
  3. Install the passenger footwell duct. See Footwell Duct - Passenger (Remove and Replace).
