Actuator - EZ Entry - 2nd Row Seat - RH (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Disconnect and release the 2nd row RH floor latch actuator. See Actuator - Floor Latch - 2nd Row Seat - RH (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
    Note
    No need to release the cable.
  2. Slightly lift the 2nd row RH seat cushion pan upward.
    Note
    Do not fully remove the cushion pan at this time.
  3. Disconnect the connector, and remove the bolts (x2) that secure the 2nd row RH seat easy entry actuator.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 8 mm socket
  4. Remove the zip tie and the secure clips (x2).
  5. Release the 2nd row RH seat easy entry actuator cable from the RH easy entry latch.
  6. Release the 2nd row RH seat easy entry actuator cable from the LH easy entry latch.

Install

  1. Install the 2nd row RH seat easy entry actuator cable to the LH easy entry latch.
  2. Install the 2nd row RH seat easy entry actuator cable to the RH easy entry latch.
  3. Install the secure clips (x2) and the zip tie.
  4. Install the bolts (x2) that secure the 2nd row RH seat easy entry actuator and connect the connector.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 8 mm socket
  5. Fully seat the 2nd row RH seat cushion assembly to the seat frame.
    Note
    Push downwards to fully seat the cushion pan to the seat frame. Be cautious to not pinch the actuator cables or the cushion harness.
  6. Install the 2nd row RH floor latch actuator. See Actuator - Floor Latch - 2nd Row Seat - RH (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
