Remove
- Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Model YL) (Remove and Install).

Install the high voltage controller
(HVC) logic cap.
- Remove the pyro disconnect. See Pyro Disconnect - HV Battery (Remove and Replace).

Remove the harness clip from the left
terminals cover.

Release the tabs (x2) and datum to
remove the left terminals cover.
Replace

Align the tabs (x2) and datum, then install the left terminals cover.

Install the harness clip to the left terminals cover.
- Install the pyro disconnect. See Pyro Disconnect - HV Battery (Remove and Replace).

Remove the HVC logic cap.
- Install the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
