拆卸

  1. Remove the 2nd row RH seat assembly. See 座椅 - 第二排 - 右（5 座） ((拆卸和安装)).
  2. Remove the 2nd row LH height adjuster guide. See 导锁 - 头枕 - 第二排 - 左 ((拆卸和更换)).
  3. Remove the 2nd row RH height adjuster guide. See 导锁 - 头枕 - 第二排 - 右 ((拆卸和更换)).
  4. Remove clips securing 2nd row 40 seatback substrate to frame.
  5. Disconnect 2nd row 40 seat backrest adjustment motor connector.
  6. Release 2nd row 40 seat backrest adjustment motor harness from substrate.
  7. Remove clip securing 2nd row 40 seat position sensor connector.
  8. Disconnect 2nd row 40 seat position sensor connector.
  9. Remove 2nd row 40 seat substrate from frame.

    3x hooks, 1x tab, Push tab forward, and Lift up and unhook from seat railing.
  10. Remove 2nd row 40 seatback harness from shell and pull the assembly from rail.
  11. Release RH seat back assembly trim flaps from RH seat back shell.
  12. Remove 40 seat back heat pad harness from RH seat back shell
  13. Remove RH seat back shell from foam trim assembly.

安装

  1. Install RH seat back shell to foam trim assembly.
  2. Install 40 seat back heat pad harness to RH seat back shell
  3. Connect RH seat back assembly trim flaps to RH seat back shell.
  4. Routine 2nd row 40 seatback harness to shell and insert assembly into rail.
  5. Install 2nd row 40 seat substrate to frame.
  6. Connect 2nd row 40 seat position sensor connector.
  7. Install clip securing 2nd row 40 seat position sensor connector.
  8. Install 2nd row 40 seat backrest adjustment motor harness onto substrate.
  9. Connect 2nd row 40 seat backrest adjustment motor connector.
  10. Install clips securing 2nd row 40 seatback substrate to frame.
  11. Install the 2nd row LH height adjuster guide. See 导锁 - 头枕 - 第二排 - 左 ((拆卸和更换)).
  12. Install the 2nd row RH height adjuster guide. See 导锁 - 头枕 - 第二排 - 右 ((拆卸和更换)).
  13. Install the 2nd row RH seat assembly. See 座椅 - 第二排 - 右（5 座） ((拆卸和安装)).
