Procedure

  1. Clean the front center surface of the front fascia with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) wipe, and then allow surface to dry before continuing.
  2. Position the license plate bracket onto the front fascia assembly, and align the center hole of the bracket with the front fascia camera and the center vertical line of the grille.

    Make sure that the license plate bracket is properly installed and no gap exists between the bracket and the front fascia assembly.
  3. Install the self tapping screws (x2) that attach the front license plate bracket to the front fascia.
    0.6 Nm (5 lbs-in)

    Do not over torque the screws to prevent damage to the front fascia.
