Bump Stop - Liftgate (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Rotate the LH liftgate bump stop counter clockwise to remove it from the vehicle.

    Count the number of turns it takes to remove the bump stop.

Install

  1. Install the bump stop to the vehicle using the same number of turns as noted in the removal.
  2. Close the liftgate.
  3. Verify the flushness from the liftgate to the rear fascia assembly, and adjust as necessary.
