Charge Port - Manual Release of Cable

Remove

  1. Ensure the vehicle is not actively charging.

    Do not perform this procedure while the vehicle is charging.
  2. Open the rear trunk.
  3. Pull the tag down through the LH trunk wall opening to release the charging cable from the charge port.
  4. Remove the charging cable from the charge port.

    Do not attempt to remove the charge cable while simultaneously pulling the release cable. Always pull the release cable before attempting to remove the charge cable from the charge port.
  5. Close the rear trunk.
