Installation

Examine all grease on the cable for contamination such as dirt, sand, or debris. If any contamination is present, remove all grease and apply new grease.
  1. Install LH panoramic roof drive cable

  2. Insert rear LH link into drive cable

    Both rear link and drive cable should fix like a puzzle, Careful not to damage fixed glass or side rail, Apply lubrication to ease installation
  3. Gently tap on rear LH link to move assembly into frame channels
  4. Slide pano roof rear LH link forward to cam block opening

  5. Lift up rear LH link and install guide shoe
  6. Slide pano roof rear LH link back towards rear opening

  30. Select ‘Actions’ tab and search for ‘Calibrate Sunroof’

    Apply a small amount of grease in area where clip is going to be installed
  36. Position LH roof applique into place

  37. Apply primer to frame and applique clips
  38. Apply small amounts of urethane to back of clips
  39. Install LH roof appliques

  40. Remove masking tape from roof rails
  41. Operate sliding glass and verify that glass does not shudder while opening or closing
  42. Raise all four windows
