Link - Stabilizer Bar - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)
Correction Code 31012002
Warning
If the vehicle has air
suspension, activate "Jack" mode on the touchscreen before raising and
supporting the vehicle.
CAUTION
If performing this
procedure as a result of a collision, see the Collision Repair
Manual to verify whether the steering gear must be
replaced as well.
Removal
- Loosen the front LH lug nuts (torque 175 Nm).
- Raise and support the vehicle (refer to procedure).
- Remove the road wheel (refer to procedure).
- Dual Motor vehicles: Remove the brake dust shield (refer to procedure).

Remove and discard the nut that secures the link to the knuckle (torque 70
Nm).
CAUTIONTo prevent ball joint damage, always hold the ball joint pin with a wrench while loosening or tightening the lock nut.

Remove and discard the nut that secures the link to the stabilizer bar (torque 70
Nm).

Remove the stabilizer bar link from the vehicle.
Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
CAUTIONReplace all nylon-insert locknuts.
