Note
This procedure requires the A/C Refrigerant (Recovery and Recharge) procedure to be performed. If not already automatically added to the Service Visit, add correction code 18200102 as a separate activity to the Service Visit.

Installation

  1. Install the RH side mount to the front drive unit, and then install and hand-tighten the bolts (x4) that attach the mount to drive unit.
  2. Install the RH side mount onto the front drive unit, and then fully tighten the bolts (x4) that attach the RH side mount onto the front drive unit.
    60 Nm (44.2 lbs-ft) +50 degrees
  3. Install the front drive unit. See Drive Unit - Front (2nd Generation) (Remove and Install).
