Warning: After this action, tire wedges will be set to prevent the vehicle from rolling freely

Partially remove LH front primary door seal from body

Remove LH IP end cap

5x clips, 2x guide tabs

Remove LH lower A pillar trim from body

注

7x clips,4x guide tabs, 1x push clip, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet

Release LH front seat harness from sill trim clips

注

4x clips

Pull LH front seat harness from under LH front cabin carpet

Move LH front seat forward

注

Adjust seat back if needed to avoid contacting headliner

Remove LH front seat rear bolts

注

2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

Move LH front seat backward

Remove LH front seat front bolts

注

2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

Release seat belt retractor from LH front seat pre tensioner

注

Insert seat belt release tool in bottom of retractor to release

Partially release RH front primary door seal

注

For remove RH IP end cap, RH lower A pillar trim, RH front B pillar trim

Remove RH IP end cap

注

5x clips, 2x guide tabs

Remove RH lower A pillar trim

注

7x clips, 4x guide tabs, 1x push clip, Pull rear of lower A-pillar upward to release clip then pull rearward to release front tabs from carpet

Release RH front seat harness from sill trim clips

注

4x clips

Pull RH front seat harness from under RH front cabin carpet

Move RH front seat forward

注

Adjust seatback if needed to avoid contacting headliner

Remove RH front seat rear bolts

注

2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

Move RH front seat backward

Remove RH front seat front bolts

2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

Release seat belt retractor from RH front seat pre tensioner

注

Insert seat belt release tool in bottom of retractor to release

Move LH 2nd row seat backward

注

Adjust seat back if needed to avoid contacting other parts

Remove front bolts securing LH 2nd row seat

注

2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

Move LH 2nd row seat forward

注

Adjust seat back if needed

Remove rear bolts securing LH 2nd row seat

注

2x patch bolts, TP45, 33.5 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

Adjust LH 2nd row seat position for removal

注

Center seat on tracks to minimize risk of damage to trim during removal

Move RH 2nd row seat forward

注

Adjust seat back if needed

Power off vehicle from center display

注

Via Controls > Safety > Power Off, Select Power Off button at warning dialogue box

Remove rear apron

注

16x trim clips, 3x datums, 2x clips

Remove HEPA filter assembly

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot rear edge up past brake reservoir then lift up to clear frunk assembly

Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop

注

2x connectors, Ensure that one minute has passed after window movement before performing the power-off, Release green locking tab, Press black tab then pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL, Allow 2 minutes for all electrical circuits to fully discharge

Disconnect LH 2nd row seat connector

注

1x connector, 1x clip, partly lift seat assembly, Release red locking tab and then press white tab to disconnect connector

Remove LH 2nd row seat from vehicle

注

Recommend assistance, Caution not to damage any trim, Protect the seat upholstery when the seat is outside of the vehicle

Disconnect LH front seat harness connector from LH controller

注

1x connector, Release locking tab

Remove LH front seat from vehicle

注

Recommend assistance, With assistant supporting seat back from 2nd row seat, Remove seat from front LH door opening, Caution not to damage any trim, Protect the seat upholstery when the seat is outside of the vehicle

Disconnect RH front seat harness connector from RH body controller

注

1x connector, Release lock then remove

Remove RH front seat from vehicle

注

Recommend assistance, With assistant supporting seatback from 2nd row seat, Remove seat from front RH door opening, Caution not to damage any trim, Protect the seat upholstery when the seat is outside of the vehicle

Remove trunk load floor from vehicle

Remove trunk sill trim from vehicle

注

4x clips, 2x location pins

Remove LH load floor bracket from vehicle

注

5x clips, 2x location pins

Remove RH load floor bracket from vehicle

5x clips, 2x location pins

Remove trunk tub from vehicle

2x push clips, 2x location holes

Remove 3rd row seat cushion

2x clips, 1x connector, 2x circular hooks, Press tabs backward then pull front edge up, Press rear seat cushion and lift the front seat cushion

Release clip securing 3rd row LH seat frame harness to seat cushion bolster

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide LH seat cushion bolster towards front of vehicle to remove

Remove inner bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body

2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

Remove outer bolts securing 3rd row seatbelt and seat back

Remove 3rd row seatback complete from vehicle

2x location pins, First lift up, Then move the entire body backward, Remove 3rd row seatback complete through the liftgate, Recommended assistant assistance

Partially release LH rear primary door seal from body

For remove LH lower C pillar trim, LH trunk side trim, LH upper C pillar trim.

Remove LH lower C pillar trim from body

7x clips, 1x guide tab, Pull the trim upward to release all clips

Remove LH trunk pocket bracket

注

2x clips, 1x metal clip, Removal may vary depending on vehicle build, 7-seater option may require using plastic trim tool remove pocket bracket, Use thick portion of part’s material as pry point

Release LH trunk side trim clips from body

注

14x clips, 2x location pins, 2x guide tabs, Release the LH trunk side trim clips to facilitate the removal of the C pillar upper trim.

Disconnect LH 3rd row seat switch connector

注

1x connector

Remove trunk side trim assembly from vehicle

注

1x clip, 1x power outlet connector

Release LH upper C pillar trim clips from body then move aside

注

10x clips, 4x location pins, 3x guide tabs, 1x dump switch connector, 1x release cable, Do not remove the decorative trim after it is released, as there is a charging port release cable and seat switch connector at the rear of the trim

Remove LH 3rd row duct B section from vehicle

注

1x edge clip, 2x tabs

Remove rear end lower panel assembly from center console

注

5x clips, 3x guide pins, 2x tabs, Parallel backward removal, Attention, be careful when removing as there is a speaker connector at the rear end lower panel

Disconnect cup holder speaker connector

注

1x connector

Remove rear bolts securing center console to vehicle

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Remove console LH front side panel from center console

注

14x clips, 1x location pin, Use trim tool starting at top edge to release upper clips, Pull bottom to release remaining clips, Use caution and pull panel straight away from console, If panel is peeled off it could be damaged

Remove LH front exterior bolts from center console

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Release center console connector

Disconnect harness connector from right front of center console

Remove center console assembly from vehicle

Tilt rear of console upward, Pull assembly towards rear of vehicle, Then tilt front of console upward and remove through second row, Recommended assistant support

Release LH front cabin carpet cover

2x magnets, 2x datums

Release OBD port from LH cabin carpet cover

注

2x tabs, Press black tabs to unlock then push upwards out of footwell cover

Disconnect E-CALL speaker connector

Remove LH hush panel assembly

6x clips, 1x connector

Remove LH front cabin carpet

2x push clips

Release front RH cabin carpet cover from driver footwell hush panel

2x magnets, 2x datums

Remove driver footwell hush panel

Remove LH lower B pillar trim from body

注

2x location pins, 8x clips, 1x push clip, Release top side clips. Pull upper then lower half trim inward to release all clips.

Release clip securing LH B pillar lower air duct from body

注

1x edge clip

Remove LH upper B pillar trim assembly from body then move aside

注

5x clips, 2x location pins, Pull the bottom of the upper B-pillar toward inside of the car, then pull the top to release the remaining clips.

Remove LH B pillar duct B section from vehicle

注

2x tabs

Remove double-sided tape underneath LH B-pillar applique

Release LH upper B-pillar applique clip from body

注

1x clip, Insert the clip molding remover tool into the position 7.5cm below the left B-pillar camera, Ensuring that the tool is located under the B-pillar trim seal

Release LH lower B-pillar applique clips from body

注

2x clips, 1x location pin, Insert the clip molding removal tool into the bottom of the left B-pillar, Facing upwards by 6cm position, Ensure tool is below B-pillar applique seal

Slide LH B-pillar applique down

注

1x guide tab, Slide B-pillar applique down slightly to release assembly from body, Camera harness is connected, Do not fully remove applique

Release LH applique seal clip and remove from body

注

1x trim clip, Slide clip prytool underneath clip to disengage from body, Clip is glued to seal, If prytool is engaged at seal clip will tear away

Disconnect B-pillar NFC connector

注

1x connector, Disengage locking tab

Disconnect LH B-pillar camera connector

注

1x connector

Clean residual adhesive from LH B-pillar and clean surface with IPA wipe

注

Allow 1 minute for IPA to dry

Clean residual adhesive from LH B-pillar applique

Replace double-sided tape on B-pillar applique seal

注

Cut two sections of tape to match original adhesive strips, Apply to seal at indicated locations

Disconnect front main harness from LH body harness

注

1x connector, Connector X909

Disconnect LH body harness from left controller

注

3x connectors, Connector J2, Connector J4, Connector J5, Release locking tabs

Release front main harness ground on LH A-pillar

注

1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

Disconnect headliner harness connector

Release LH body harness clips from LH A-pillar

Partially release left and right second row carpet

Disconnect LH front retractor connectors

2x stage locking connectors, Lift the orange tab to release the connector

Disconnect LH B pillar accelerometer sensor connector

1x connector, Do not push down on Red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector

Disconnect LH rear door harness connector from B-pillar area

注

1x connector, 2x clips

Remove LH body harness from under front seats and center console

注

Ensure that the LH body harness is drawn without resistance

Remove LH body harness ground strap from LH rear sill area

注

1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

Install inflatable air bag to support LH rear cabin carpet

注

Use inflatable air bag to support the LH rear cabin carpet for enough space to remove the busbar bolt

Remove clip securing 2nd row LH seat harness to ancillary bay

注

1x clip, Please make sure to thread the harness of the second row seats through the carpet

Release LH body harness from rear body and move aside

注

1x clip

Release clips LH body harness to rear body and move aside

注

Partially release LH rear quarter panel NVH clips from body

注

2x clips

Disconnect LH 2nd row retractor connector

1x connector, Lift orange locking tab then release the connector

Remove rear headliner assembly

Remove LH C pillar air bag ramp assembly from body

Disconnect LH power strut connector

Disconnect harness connector for LH side curtain air bag

1x connector, 2 stage locking connectors, Lift the white tab to release the connector

Release LH body harness clips around LH C-pillar area

Disconnect LH body harness from charge port ECU

Remove LH body harness ground strap from LH side trunk area

Disconnect connectors from chargeport assembly

2x connectors, Disengage locking tab

Remove wheel chocks and push vehicle onto lift

注

Recommend assistance, Note this vehicle can only be safely pushed for a very short distance and at very slow speed, close all doors enough as needed to fit between the lift and latch rear doors to prevent accidental closure, Replace wheel chocks once vehicle in correct position

Raise and support vehicle

注

Ensure vehicle is not charging, Remove charging cable if it's plugged in

Remove LH rear fender garnish from vehicle

注

12x clips, 1x location pin, Release from center of garnish and work your way outward towards both ends, Using clip prytool release clips at rear of fascia to avoid damage to garnish

Remove RH rear fender garnish from vehicle

Apply masking tape around LH corner of rear upper fascia

Release LH trough trim lower clips from rear fascia

Remove screw securing LH rear fascia to body

1x screw, 8mm, 2 Nm

Apply masking tape around RH corner of rear upper fascia

Release RH trough trim lower clips from rear fascia

Remove bolt securing RH corner of rear fascia to body

1x bolt, 10mm, 3.5 Nm

Remove screw securing RH rear fascia to body

1x screw, 8mm, 2 Nm

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Remove rear fascia diffuser front bolts

2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

Release rear fascia diffuser

7x bolts, 10mm, The five center bolts 5 Nm, both outside bolts 4 Nm, 6x push clips, 2x fastener covers

Lower vehicle partially and set onto locks

注

Raise lift off locks, Then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

Release rear fascia assembly from body

注

1x connector, Disengage locking tab, Recommend assistance, Place rear fascia on padded surface to avoid damage

Release LH body harness clips front body

注

2x clips

Remove LH body harness from rear fascia center brkt

注

1x harness clip, 2x tabs

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

注

Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Disconnect LH rear EPB harness connector

注

1x connector, Disengage yellow locking tab

Release LH body harness clips from LH RUB area

注

2x clips

Lower vehicle partially and set onto locks

注

Raise lift off locks, Then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

Push LH body harness through LH wheelhouse outer assembly

注

1x grommet, Harness passes through LH wheelhouse outer assembly

Remove LH body harness from vehicle

Position LH body harness onto vehicle

Push LH body harness through LH wheelhouse outer assembly

注

1x grommet, Harness passes through LH wheelhouse outer assembly, Make sure to install grommet in proper orientation

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

注

Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Secure LH body harness clips to LH RUB area

注

2x clips

Connect LH rear EPB harness connector

注

1x connector, Engage yellow locking tab

Lower vehicle partially and set onto locks

注

Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

Install LH body harness clips front body

注

2x clips

Installl LH body harness to rear fascia center brkt

注

1x harness clip, 2x tabs

Secure rear fascia assembly onto body

注

1x connector, Engage locking tab, Recommend assistance

Install bolt securing LH corner of rear fascia to body

注

1x bolt, 10mm, 3.5 Nm

Secure LH trough trim lower clips onto rear fascia

注

3x clips

Install screw securing LH rear fascia to body

注

1x screw, 8mm, 2 Nm

Install LH rear fender garnish onto vehicle

注

12x clips, 1x location pin, Install ends of garnish into rocker panel and rear diffuser then work your way from rear towards front of garnish

Install bolt securing RH corner of rear fascia to body

注

1x bolt, 10mm, 3.5 Nm

Secure RH trough trim lower clips onto rear fascia

注

3x clips

Install screw securing RH corner of rear fascia to body

注

1x screw, 10mm, 2 Nm

Install RH rear fender garnish onto vehicle

注

12x clips, 1x location pin, Install ends of garnish into rocker panel and rear diffuser then work your way from rear towards front of garnish

Remove masking tape from LH corner of rear upper fascia

Remove masking tape from RH corner of rear upper fascia

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

注

Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Secure rear fascia diffuser

注

7x bolts, 10mm, The five center bolts 5 Nm, both outside bolts 4 Nm, 6x push clips, 2x fastener covers, Apply Loctite 222 onto bolts

Install rear fascia diffuser front bolts

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto rear aero shield bolts

Lower vehicle fully

注

Raise lift off locks, Then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Remove vehicle from lift

注

Lower rack arms fully and remove from under vehicle

Push vehicle away from lift

注

Recommend assistance, Place wheel chocks to keep vehicle from moving, Note this vehicle can only be safely pushed for a very short distance and at very slow speed

Connect connectors to chargeport assembly

注

2x connectors, Engage locking tab

Install LH body harness ground strap to LH side trunk area

注

1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

Secure LH body harness clips around LH C-pillar area

注

14x clips

Connect harness connector for LH side curtain air bag

注

1x connector, Press the connector. When the connector is fully seated, you will hear the click sound of the secondary locking pin returning

Connect LH power strut harness connector

注

1x connector

Install LH C pillar air bag ramp assembly onto body

注

1x location tab, 1x metal clip

Install bolt securing LH C pillar air bag ramp assembly to body

注

1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm

Partially secure LH rear section of headliner to body

注

4x clips, 3x tabs, 1x location pin, 1x tether, Secure tether to body, Ensure that the seal covers the interior trim panel

Install LH coat hook bolt

注

1x bolt, T25, 2.5 Nm

Close LH coat hook screw cover

注

1x locking tab

Push LH coat hook closed

lnstall rear headliner assembly

注

3x clips, 1x location pin, 2x tether clips, Install new tether clips, Secure trim panel horizontally toward rear of vehicle.

Connect LH 2nd row retractor connector

注

1x connector, When the connector is fully seated, You will hear the "click" sound

Partially secure LH rear quarter panel NVH clips to body

注

Fasten clips LH body harness to rear body

注

2x clips

Install LH body harness onto rear body

1x clip

Install clip securing 2nd row LH seat harness to body

1x clip, Please make sure to thread the harness of the second row seats through the carpet

Remove inflatable air bag from LH rear cabin carpet

Install LH body harness to under front seats and center console

注

Ensure there is no resistance when arranging the LH body harness

Install LH rear door harness connector to B-pillar area

注

1x connector, 2x clips

Connect LH B pillar accelerometer sensor connector

注

1x connector, Engage locking tab

Connect LH front retractor connectors

注

2x connectors, Press the connector. When the connector is fully seated, You will hear the click sound of the secondary locking pin returning

Secure LH body harness to upper B-pillar

注

3x clips, Feed applique section of harness through body opening

Secure LH body harness to lower B-pillar

注

5x clips

Connect LH body harness connectors to below RH front seat

注

2x connectors, Engage locking tab

Connect LH body harness connector to RCM

1x connector, Engage locking tab

Install harness clip to 3rd row head duct

Secure LH body harness clips under front seats and center console

注

3x clips, 1x guide pin

Install LH B-pillar duct A section

1x clip, Pass duct through seat riser, Then connect the duct interface, And finally install the clip

Install left and right second row carpet

4x clips, Make sure the duct is installed in place

Secure LH body harness clips to LH front sill area

3x clips, 1x location pin

Secure LH body harness clips to LH A-pillar

Connect headliner harness connector

1x connector, Engage locking tab

Secure front main harness ground on LH A-pillar

1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

Connect LH body harness to left controller

Connect front main harness to LH body harness

Install LH B-pillar applique onto vehicle

2x clips,1x location pin, 1x guide tab, Slide B-pillar applique up into position, Ensure trim clips are lined up, gently engage and lock clips

Secure upper LH B-pillar seal clip

1x trim clip, Position upper LH B-pillar seal, Engage trim clip and secure to body

Secure lower LH B-pillar seal

注

2x double sided tape, Gently press areas of double sided tape to engage and secure to body

Install LH B pillar duct B section onto vehicle

注

2x tabs

Install LH upper B pillar trim assembly onto body

注

5x clips, 2x location pins, Slide the seat belt through the hole, Lower the seat belt slider to align it with the B-pillar panel, align the location pin of the B-pillar upper trim panel with the slot, push in the direction of the arrow to install the clips after aligning them, Install lower air vent

Restore clip securing LH lower air duct to body

注

1x edge clip

Install LH lower B pillar trim onto body

注

2x location pins, 8x clips, 1x push clip, Align the location tabs to slot, push in the direction of the arrow to install the clips after aligning them

Partially install LH rear primary door seal

注

Verify seal is seated properly on all trim panels

Install RH front cabin carpet to vehicle

注

2x push clips

Install driver footwell hush panel

注

1x connector, 7x tabs, 2x location pins, Align air vent with grill

Secure front RH cabin carpet cover to driver footwell hush panel

注

2x magnets, 2x datums

Install LH front cabin carpet

注

2x push clips, Ensure carpet seated properly

Connect E-CALL speaker connector

注

1x connector

Install OBD port

注

2x tabs, Ensure black tabs in lock position

Install center console assembly to vehicle

Tilt front of console downward, Slide assembly towards front of vehicle and tilt rear of console down into place

Connect harness connector to right front of center console

Secure center console connector

1x connector

Install RH front exterior bolts to center console

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Install console RH front side panel to center console

注

15x clips, 1x location pin, Ensure all clips and pin seat properly

Install LH front exterior bolts to center console

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Install console LH front side panel to center console

注

14x clips, 1x location pin, Ensure all clips and pin seat properly

Install rear bolts securing center console to vehicle

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Connect cup holder speaker connector

注

1x connector

Install rear end lower panel assembly to center console

注

5x clips, 3x guide pins, 2x tabs, Parallel forward installation

Install LH 3rd row duct B section to vehicle

注

1x edge clip, 2x tabs

Secure LH upper C pillar trim clips to body

注

10x clips, 4x location pins, 3x guide tabs, 1x dump switch connector, 1x release cable, When installing, it is necessary to note that the air vents must be fully joined, Seat seal around edge of trim.

Position trunk side trim assembly to vehicle

注

1x clip, 1x power outlet connector

Connect LH 3rd row seat switch connector

1x connector

Secure LH trunk side trim clips to body

注

14x clips, 2x location pins, 2x gudie tabs, Seat seal around edge of trim

Position trunk side trim assembly to vehicle

1x clip, 1x power outlet connector

Connect LH 3rd row seat switch connector

Secure LH trunk side trim clips to body

Install LH trunk pocket bracket

2x clips, 1x metal clip, Installation may vary depending on vehicle build, 7-seater option may require using plastic trim tool install pocket bracket, Use thick portion of part’s material as pry point

Install LH lower C pillar trim onto body

注

7x clips, 1x guide tab, Align guide tabs, Then press down to securing all clips

Partially install LH rear primary door seal onto body

Install 3rd row seatback complete onto vehicle

2x location pins, Recommended assistant assistance

Loosely install inner bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body

注

2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts, Install bolts hand tight, Torque at later step

Loosely install outer bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body

注

2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts, Install bolts hand tight, Torque at later step

Loosely install bolt securing 3rd row LH front bracket outboardto body

注

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolt, Install bolt hand tight, Torque at later step

Loosely install bolt securing 3rd row RH front bracket outboardto body

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolt, Install bolt hand tight, Torque at later step

Torque inner bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body

2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm

Torque outer bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body

2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm

Torque bolt securing 3rd row RH front bracket outboard to body

注

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm

Connect 3rd row RH seat frame harness connector

Torque bolt securing 3rd row LH front bracket outboard to body

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm

Connect 3rd row LH seat frame harness connector

Install 3rd row RH seat cushion bolster

注

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide RH seat cushion bolster into seat frame complete

Install clip securing 3rd row RH seat frame harness to seat cushion bolster

1x clip

Install 3rd row LH seat cushion bolster

注

1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide LH seat cushion bolster into seat frame complete

Install clip securing 3rd row LH seat frame harness to seat cushion bolster

1x clip

Connect 3rd row seat harness connector and secure seats cushion complete

注

2x clips, 1x connector, 2x circular hooks, Insert buckles through holes, Slide rear inward then align front clips, Perform push-pull-push test

Install trunk tub onto vehicle

注

2x push clips, 2x location holes

Install RH load floor bracket onto vehicle

注

5x clips, 2x location pins

Install LH load floor bracket onto vehicle

注

5x clips, 2x location pins

Install trunk sill trim onto vehicle

注

4x clips, 2x location pins, Seat seal around edge of trim

Install trunk load floor onto vehicle

Close liftgate

Install RH front seat into vehicle

注

Recommend assistance, Install seat from front RH door opening, Assistant should be ready to support seatback once it is in the vehicle, Caution not to damage any trim

Secure RH front seat harness under RH front cabin carpet

Install clips securing RH seat harness to sill trim

注

4x clips, Tuck excess harness between harness bracket and body

Connect RH front seat harness to RH controller

注

1x connector, Engage locking tab

Install RH lower A pillar trim

注

7x clips, 4x guide tabs, 1x push clip, Align front guide tabs then align slot with harness bracket and then push rear clip to secure, Make sure all clips and tabs fully seated

Install RH IP end cap

注

5x clips, 2x guide tabs, Pull the seal over end cap

Install RH front primary door seal

注

Verify seal is seated properly on all trim panels

Install LH front seat into vehicle

注

Recommend assistance, Install seat from front LH door opening, Assistant should be ready to support seat back once it is in the vehicle, Caution not to damage any trim

Secure LH front seat harness under LH front cabin carpet

Install clips securing LH seat harness to sill trim

注

4x clips, Tuck excess harness between harness bracket and body

Connect LH front seat harness connector to LH controller

注

1x connector, Engage locking tab

Install LH lower A pillar trim

注

7x clips, 4x guide tabs, 1x push clip, Align guide tabs with body and harness bracket then push downwards to secure

Install LH IP end cap

注

5x clips, 2x guide tabs

Partially install LH front primary door seal

注

Verify seal is seated properly on all trim panels

Install LH 2nd row seat to vehicle

注

Recommend assistance

Connect LH 2nd row seat connector

注

1x connector, 1x clip, partly lift seat assembly, Engage red locking tab

Connect first responder loop and LV battery

注

2x connectors, Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

Install HEPA filter assembly

注

2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot forward edge down past frunk assembly, Then carefully move rear edge past brake reservoir and into position, Gently press on RH side of filter to seat seal onto duct, Do not pinch washer hose inbetween HEPA filter assembly and body
