1. Open LH front door

   

2. Lower LH front window

   

3. Open liftgate

   

   

4. Remove trunk load floor from vehicle

   

   

5. Remove trunk sill trim from vehicle
   注

   4x clips, 2x location pins

   

   

6. Remove LH load floor bracket from vehicle
   注

   5x clips, 2x location pins

   

   

   

7. Remove RH load floor bracket from vehicle
   注

   5x clips, 2x location pins

   

   

   

8. Remove trunk tub from vehicle
   注

   2x push clips, 2x location holes

   

   

   

9. Open LH rear door

   

10. Lower LH rear window

    

11. Move LH 2nd row seat forward
    注

    Adjust seat back if needed

    

12. Open RH rear door

    

13. Lower RH rear window

    

14. Move RH 2nd row seat forward
    注

    Adjust seat back if needed

    

15. Remove 3rd row seat cushion
    注

    2x clips, 1x connector, Press tabs backward then pull front edge up

    

    

    

    

    

16. Remove 3rd row LH seat cushion bolster
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide LH seat cushion bolster towards front of vehicle to remove

    

17. Remove 3rd row RH outer B-cover from inner B-cover
    注

    3x tabs, First lift upward, Then remove by pulling forward

    

    

    

18. Release clip securing 3rd row RH seat frame harness to seat cushion bolster
    注

    1x clip

    

    

19. Remove 3rd row RH seat cushion bolster
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide RH seat cushion bolster towards front of vehicle to remove

    

    

    

20. Open hood

    

    

21. Power off vehicle from center display
    注

    Via Controls > Safety > Power Off, Select Power Off button at warning dialogue box

    

    

22. Remove rear apron
    注

    16x trim clips, 3x datums, 2x clips

    

    

    

    

23. Remove HEPA filter assembly
    注

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot rear edge up past brake reservoir then lift up to clear frunk assembly

    

    

    

    

24. Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop
    注

    2x connectors, Ensure that one minute has passed after window movement before performing the power-off, Release green locking tab, Press black tab then pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL, Allow 2 minutes for all electrical circuits to fully discharge

    

    

    

    

    

25. Disconnect 3rd row LH seat frame harness connector
    注

    1x connector

    

26. Remove bolt securing 3rd row LH seatbelt and seatback
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolt after removal

    

27. Remove bolt securing 3rd row RH seatbelt and seatback
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolt after removal

    

28. Disconnect 3rd row RH seat frame harness connector
    注

    1x connector

    

29. Remove inner bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body
    注

    2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

    

30. Remove lateral bolts securing rear of 3rd row seat back
    注

    2x fasteners

    

    

31. Remove 3rd row seatback complete from vehicle
    注

    2x location pins, First lift up, Then move the entire body backward, Remove 3rd row seatback complete through the liftgate, Recommended assistant assistance

    

    

    

32. Remove 3rd row LH inner B-cover from seatback frame assembly
    注

    2x clips, 3x tabs

    

    

    

33. Install 3rd row LH inner B-cover to seatback frame assembly
    注

    2x clips, 3x tabs

    

    

    

34. Install 3rd row seatback complete onto vehicle
    注

    2x location pins, Recommended assistant assistance

    

    

    

35. Install lateral bolts securing rear of 3rd row seat back
    注

    2x fasteners

    

    

36. install inner bolts securing 3rd row seatback complete to body
    注

    2x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts, Install bolts hand tight, Torque at later step

    

37. install bolt securing 3rd row RH seat belt and seat back
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolt, Install bolt hand tight, Torque at later step

    

38. install bolt securing 3rd row LH seat belt and seat back
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolt, Install bolt hand tight, Torque at later step

    

39. Connect 3rd row RH seat frame harness connector
    注

    1x connector

    

40. Connect first responder loop and LV battery
    注

    2x connectors, Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage green locking tab when fully seated

    

    

    

    

    

    

41. Install HEPA filter assembly
    注

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot forward edge down past frunk assembly, Then carefully move rear edge past brake reservoir and into position, Gently press on RH side of filter to seat seal onto duct, Do not pinch washer hose inbetween HEPA filter assembly and body

    

    

    

    

    

    

42. Install rear apron
    注

    16x trim clips, 3x locator pins, 2x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Ensure pyrotechnic hood actuators are aligned with openings in apron

    

    

    

43. Close hood

    

    

44. Install 3rd row RH seat cushion bolster
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide RH seat cushion bolster into seat frame complete

    

    

    

45. Install clip securing 3rd row RH seat frame harness to seat cushion bolster
    注

    1x clip

    

    

46. Install 3rd row LH outer cover to inner B-cover
    注

    3x tabs, Insert from front to back, Confirm alignment of the position, Then press downward

    

    

    

    

47. Install 3rd row LH seat cushion bolster
    注

    1x bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, 1x location pin, 1x tab, Slide LH seat cushion bolster into seat frame complete

    

    

48. Connect 3rd row seat harness connector and secure seats cushion complete
    注

    2x clips, 1x connector, Insert buckles through holes, Slide rear inward then align front clips, Perform push-pull-push test

    

    

    

    

49. Move RH 2nd row seat to original position

    

50. Raise RH rear window

    

51. Close RH rear door

    

52. Move LH 2nd row seat to original position

    

53. Raise LH rear window

    

54. Close LH rear door

    

55. Install trunk tub onto vehicle
    注

    2x push clips, 2x location holes

    

    

    

56. Install RH load floor bracket onto vehicle
    注

    5x clips, 2x location pins

    

    

    

57. Install LH load floor bracket onto vehicle
    注

    5x clips, 2x location pins

    

    

    

58. Install trunk sill trim onto vehicle
    注

    4x clips, 2x location pins, Seat seal around edge of trim

    

    

    

59. Install trunk load floor onto vehicle

    

    

60. Close liftgate

    

    

61. Raise LH front window

    

62. Close LH front door
