Overlay

  1. Open both front doors and lower both front windows.
  2. Remove the wiper module. See 雨刮器模块（拆卸和更换）.
  3. Remove LH mid A-pillar trim
    注
    1x clip, 2x tabs
  4. Remove LH lower A-pillar trim
    注
    7x clips
  5. Remove LH footwell cover
    注
    1x connector, 2x magnets
  6. Move LH front seat backward
  7. Remove LH front floor mat
  8. Remove LH console side carpet
    注
    11x clips
  9. Fold LH front cabin carpet aside for full access
  10. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
    注
    1x clip, 2x tabs
  11. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    注
    7x clips, Partially release seal if needed
  12. Remove RH footwell cover
    注
    3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums
  13. Move RH front seat backward
  14. Remove RH front floor mat
  15. Remove RH console side carpet
    注
    11x clips
  16. Fold RH front cabin carpet aside for access
    注
    Caution not to damage styrofoam of carpet
  17. Release harness from RH footrest panel
    注
    1x clip
  18. Remove RH footrest panel
    注
    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
  19. Disconnect brown fakra connection from car computer
    注
    1x connector, X836
  20. Raise and support vehicle
    注
    Prepare to raise vehicle, Set air suspension to "Jack Mode", Position lift arm pads on vehicle jack pads
  21. Remove LH front wheel cap
    注
    Lift every other spoke at a time until cap is released from rim
  22. Loosen LH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  23. Remove RH front wheel cap
    注
    Lift every other spoke at a time until cap is released from rim
  24. Loosen RH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  25. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
    注
    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
  26. Remove LH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  27. Partially release rear portion of LH rear wheel liner
    注
    5x clips, 1x fan clip, Move liner aside
  28. Disconnect LH front repeater
    注
    2x connectors
  29. Remove RH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  30. Partially release rear portion of RH rear wheel liner
    注
    5x clips, 1x fan clip, Move liner aside
  31. Disconnect RH front repeater
    注
    2x connectors
  32. Release LH grommet from body
    注
    Use a razor blaze, carefully cut electrical tape away to expose rubber dust boot
  33. Remove electrical tape securing harness bundle to rubber dust boot
  34. Remove the connector from the coax cable
    注
    Using drag pin tool, Carefully lift down tab and simultaneously pull coax cable away from connector
  35. Apply harness tape onto LH coax overlay cable before installation
    注
    Use Anti-abrasion tape and wrap the entire length of the coax cable to protect the cable for damage when it is in the vehicle
  36. Position LH coax overlay cable into place, Place through LH wheel liner and dust boot towards interior cabin
    注
    Once the coax is exposed on the other side of the dust boot carefully pull till you have roughly 12 inches of cable towards the interior of the vehicle
  37. Pull LH coax overlay cable through bulkhead and into interior cabin
    注
    Pull harness toward car computer under dashboard
  38. Position LH coax overlay cable onto main dash body harness, Secure cable onto harness using zip ties
    注
    5x zip-ties, Trim off excess material after harness has been secured
  39. Secure coax overlay through LH wheel liner and frunk harness
    注
    4x zip-ties, Trim off excess material after harness has been secured
  40. Depin the RH side coax cable (Terminal 1) from the connector X846
    注
    Verify that you are removing the correct side ( 1 & 2, where 1 is the RH repeater and 2 is the LH repeater. ) Using MDLS drag pin tool set carefully lift the purple locking tab up and out of the connector housing
  41. Insert coax overlay terminal into connector X846
  42. Remove the coax cable from the Connector X846

    Using the drag pin tool carefully lift the hold down tab an simultaneously pull the coax away from the connector
  43. Insert the connector locking tab and reconnect X846 together
  44. Cut off the vehicle side repeater coax terminal and tape to vehicle harness
    注
    Cut the coax connector only
  45. Connect LH front repeater
    注
    2x connectors, Support repeater from exterior to prevent damage to retaining clips
  46. Secure LH grommet onto body
    注
    Use electrical tape to wrap the end of the dust boot
  47. Secure rear portion of LH rear wheel liner
    注
    5x clips, 1x fan clip, Secure liner
  48. Install LH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool
  49. Release RH grommet from body
    注
    With a razor blade, carefully cut the electrical tape away exposing the rubber dust boot
  50. Remove electrical tape securing harness bundle to rubber dust boot
  51. Remove the connector from the coax cable
    注
    Using drag pin tool, Carefully lift down tab and simultaneously pull coax cable away from connector
  52. Apply harness tape onto RH coax overlay cable before installation
    注
    Use Anti-abrasion tape and wrap the entire length of the coax cable to protect the cable for damage when it is in the vehicle
  53. Position RH coax overlay cable into place, Place through RH wheel liner and dust boot towards interior cabin

    Pull harness toward car over car computer
  55. Position RH coax overlay cable onto harness, Secure cable onto car computer harness

    3x zip-ties, Trim off excess material after harness has been secured
  56. Secure coax overlay through RH wheel liner and frunk harness
    注
    4x zip-ties, Trim off excess material after harness has been secured
  57. Depin the RH side coax cable (Terminal 1) from the connector X846

  62. Cut off the vehicle side repeater coax terminal and tape to vehicle harness

    Cut the coax connector only
  63. Connect RH front repeater
    注
    2x connectors, Support repeater from exterior to prevent damage to retaining clips
  64. Secure RH grommet onto body
    注
    Use electrical tape to wrap the end of the dust boot
  65. Secure rear portion of RH rear wheel liner
    注
    5x clips, 1x fan clip, Secure liner
  66. Install RH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool
  67. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
    注
    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  68. Torque LH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  69. Install LH front wheel cap
    注
    Align valve stem with cap
  70. Torque RH front wheel
    注
    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
  71. Install RH front wheel cap
    注
    Align valve stem with cap
  72. Remove vehicle from lift
    注
    Lower lift arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
  73. Fold LH main carpet back into place
  74. Install LH console side carpet
    注
    11x clips
  75. Install LH footwell cover
    注
    1x connector, 2x magnets
  76. Install LH lower A-pillar trim
    注
    7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  77. Install LH mid A-pillar trim
    注
    1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  78. Install LH front floor mat
  79. Move LH front seat to original position
  80. Install RH footrest panel
    注
    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm
  81. Secure harness to RH footrest panel
    注
    1x clip
  82. Fold RH main carpet back into place
    注
    Caution not to damage styrofoam of carpet
  83. Install RH console side carpet
    注
    11x clips
  84. Install RH footwell cover
    注
    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector
  85. Install RH front floor mat
  86. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
    注
    7x clips, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  87. Install RH mid A-pillar trim
    注
    1x clip, 2x tabs, Verify weather seal is seated properly
  88. Move RH front seat to original position
  89. Install the wiper module. See 雨刮器模块（拆卸和更换）.
  90. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See 网关（解锁）.
  91. Reset DAS on UI
    注
    Select "Driver Assist" > "Cameras" > "Reset DAS", Ensure all cameras and reset DAS icon turn green on UI, If not you need to investigate further why a the particular DAS component is flagging red

  94. Close RH front door
